About Elle Erickson

Her Story

Growing up, Elle enjoyed being the center of attention. Whether it was on stage for a dance competition or volunteering to deliver a speech to the student body, she would often be found in the spotlight. As she got older, she realized that her confidence was a gift and has since found a passion in helping others excel under pressure.

Elle is best known for her background in high-pressure performance, having competed successfully in the Miss America Organization and earning the role of 85th Miss Minnesota in June 2021. During her year of service, she traveled nearly 20,000 miles, made over 200 appearances, and competed at the Miss America 100th Anniversary Competition, where she was named a Top 5 finalist for the Women in STEM scholarship. In five separate competitions, Elle earned recognition for the highest-scoring interview.

But Elle’s work extends far beyond the pageant stage. As a coach, she works with professionals, students, creatives, and leaders who want to speak with clarity, confidence, and authenticity—whether that’s in a courtroom, boardroom, interview, keynote, or onstage. Her coaching blends performance psychology, mindset work, and practical speaking tools to help clients quiet nerves, project authority, and show up as their most compelling selves.

Elle has helped clients win titles, land jobs, deliver powerful presentations, and trust themselves in moments that once felt overwhelming. Her philosophy is simple: confidence should feel earned, grounded, and personal - and every client should walk away believing they are their own favorite version of themselves.
