Introducing the Cadence Collective

It’s Friday morning at the time of writing this, which means it’s time to welcome you to the Cadence Collective.

Before we dive in, I want to acknowledge something real: the first two weeks of January—especially here in the Twin Cities—haven’t exactly delivered that classic “new year, new me” energy. For a lot of us, it’s been tense, heavy, and, for some, just plain scary.

Finding words in moments like these can feel impossible. But that doesn’t mean we should shy away from them. In fact, in moments of chaos, words—though they can’t fix everything—can give us a sense of clarity, connection, or even hope.

So… hi, friend.

It’s been a minute since we last chatted, and quite a few things have changed around here. Most notably… I have a new name! Stephanie Kueppers (pronounced “kippers”). I married my best friend on December 12, and I’ve been loving every second of married life. Thank you for allowing me the time to be away, and for still being here when I returned.

So, what is the Cadence Collective?

Honestly? It’s you.

• A passionate founder working to explain what it is you do

• A side-hustler with a big idea and nowhere to put it (yet)

• A high-achieving professional ready to be seen for more

It’s a collection of people building something meaningful, and getting ready to share it with the world.

And here’s what I think when I think about you…

2026 is your year.

That blog you’ve started but haven’t published.That business you’ve named but haven’t launched.That promotion you deserve but haven’t asked for.

You’re ready. The world is ready. And I’m ready to see you do this darn thing.
